Kevan Hawkins from Bristol , FFU AFF Graduate.

I ARRIVED IN THE FFU OCANA WITH THE WORDS OF MY MATES STILL RINGING IN MY EARS ” HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND COMPLETLY ” WELL FOR THE FIRST DAY AND A HALF I THOUGHT THAT I HAD DONE JUST THAT, BUT WITH THE ENCORAGEMENT AND THE PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE OF MY INSTRUCTOR ANDY I CARRIED ON WITH THE COURSE, WHICH DEEP DOWN I KNEW I WANTED TO DO OR WHY HAD I COME ALL THIS WAY, BUT THE FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN WAS PUTTING DOUBT IN MY MIND. YOU COULD NOT HAVE FOUND A MORE NERVIOUS PERSON BY THE TIME OF THE JUMPS, BUT AGAIN WITH THE HELP OF ANDY I CARRIED ON AND COMPETED THE COURSE.

SPEAKING AS SOMEONE WHO HAS NEVER DONE ANYTHING REMOTELY LIKE THIS BEFORE THE SENSE OF ACHIEVEMENT AT THIS POINT WAS FANTASTIC. SKYDIVING IS NOT LIKE ANYTHING ELSE, THE BUZZ THE THRILL CANNOT BE DISCRIBED IN A FEW WORDS, IT NEEDS TO BE EXPERIENCED TO BE BELIEVED. SO IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT IT, DON’T JUST THINK,DO IT!!!! I KNOW THAT I AM ON MY WAY BACK IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS.

Nathan Lance , AFF Graduate.

There are two types of people who will read this; those who have skydived, and those who haven’t. To those who HAVE, nothing needs to be said. To those who HAVEN’T, what are you waiting for?! Do it, and do it now, you will absolutely not regret it. Skydiving is off the scale. And with Freefall university in particular it’s not just the skydiving that does it, it’s the experience as a whole – both on and off the dropzone.

I could rant on for ages about the whole thing, but you’re just going to have to do it for yourself, that’s the only way you’ll ever know and understand what I and the other people on this page are talking about. If you think you’re smiling and excited when you read some of the comments here, wait until you’ve just landed your graduation jump!
